One of the wood industry activities in forestry sector is Eucalyptus sp at PT.Riau Mainstay Pulp and Paper Riau Province. The production process used for pulpand has many factors its productivity. them planting with weedcontrol problems, which use herbicide active ingredient glyphosate. glyphosate not effective against all types weeds. Therefore, it necessary to know right combination weed control methods weeds expected results. Research located PT. RAPP, Kuantan Singingi Regency, research design was a completely randomized factorial pattern that 2 treatment form Weeding Round consisting 5 Over Due (late weeding) On Time (on time) chemical methods, tripe method thecombination lever chemical. parameters observed were type amount vegetation, development death, percentage death PQA value weeding. Data analyzed by analysis variance. results showed significant effect further tested using LSD (Least Significant Difference) test. there 6 found area, namely Senduduk Bulu (Clidemia hirta), (Melastoma malabathricum), Acacia mangium saplings (Acacia mangium), Lemidi Paku (Stenochlaena palustris), Grass (Poaceae) Liana. most dominant Clidemia hirta an Important Value Index 127.72% smallest liana 0.88%.
